One of the most challenging aspects of customer service is what do you do when a customer is unhappy. At some point, no matter how good your work is, someone will be unhappy. It may be a valid complaint, or it may be someone's bad day trying to pull you in. Regardless, it is crucial with today's means of communication among customers that you deal with the situation well.
